Idly Dosai Vadai Repeat!

Chennaigaga is all about celebrating Chennai. Chennai is not just a city; it’s the Gateway to South India, the capital city of Tamil Nadu, a cultural hub. South Indian cuisine is naturally a big part of the celebrations here. We plan to cover quite a few South Indian and Tamil favourites in our foodies’ themes and we made a beginning at this design. It’s the one that says:

Idly

Dosai

Vadai

Repeat!

All these dishes are suitable as all day food and we needed to celebrate them with gusto! 

The above is a kids’ tshirt. And the cover image to this post shows the adults tshirt too. 
A rich blue, cotton tee, these T-shirts have been screen printed for best results. A labour of love at all stages of making, we are happy to share that the designer of this artwork, founder of this brand, the fabric procurer and screen printer have all played important roles in bringing this design to you. 
We planned it so that adults and kids could play matching-matching and we can have parents and kids wearing these for some enjoyable, ‘same-pinch’ moments.
