You cannot cancel an order but you could initiate an exchange if absolutely necessary. Due to the prevailing pandemic conditions, we urge you to check the size chart and other details displayed on our website before placing an order in order to avoid exchange as far as possible. We are also available on the phone during office hours to answer any queries and provide any clarifications.

To accomplish an exchange, you can ship the product back to us after prior intimation by email within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Once the product has been received by us, we will then issue a Coupon Code by mail to you within maximum 5 working days. Kindly use the code for your new purchase. Coupon is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
We cannot accept returns/exchange of products that are not in the same good order and condition as they were shipped to you.

Kind Attention: Dos and Don’ts – for returning products:
-The product, original barcodes, tags, labels, and packaging should not be tampered with.
- Products should be returned in the original packing. The packaging should not be damaged/ tampered by sticking labels or otherwise writing on it.
-While returning the products, please pack the products in the original packing, and wrapped appropriately so as to avoid damage during handling and shipping and transit.
- Add your name, order number, and mobile number on the outer plastic cover.
-If possible, email us the Courier AWB number so that we could also track the returned shipment
Please Note: We would be unable to accept / process refunds of products that are not received back in their original condition. The product should be booked back to us within 3 days from the delivery date.
International Orders cannot be returned.
Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly to avoid damage in transit. Also, please send the product through a courier company which gives you tracking Id. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and is also trackable during transit.

We would issue a coupon / store credit / voucher. This would be issued after we receive the returns from you. The voucher can be used to buy any available product(s) from our store within the period stipulated above.
While Chennaigaga takes every effort to pack the products safely to avoid breakage, should a breakage occur in transit prior delivery, please contact us immediately and send the broken piece back to us after sending us a picture proof online on the phone or by email. We will do our best to replace the product within 5-15 working days or give you a voucher for same.
